As a member of the Texas Library Coalition for United Action (TLCUA), the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is participating in the Elsevier Open Access Pilot. This agreement does not cover Article Processing Charges fully for institutional authors, but it does provide a discount for those APCs (either 10% or 15% off, depending on the type of open access article).
