Requests made after 4:00 PM (CT) are processed the following business day except in clinical emergencies. Requests received after 5:00 PM (CT) on weekdays, on weekends, or holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Materials from other libraries are received in approximately 2-5 business days for routine requests. Rush requests are normally received with 24 working hours. Clinical emergency/patient care requests are processed immediately with the goal of one (1) hour turnaround time.
Patrons are notficed by phone when items are recieved, If the request can not be filled, you will be notified. In person pick-up of the material is located at the Patron Services desk in Lubbock and the Circulation desks in Amarillo and Odessa. Payment may be by cash, check, or debit/credit card.
Patrons with outstanding fines or overdue materials will not be eligible for ILL service until these issues are cleared with the Circulation department.
