EndNote

Create an Account

EndNote requires users to have access to its platform through at least the Basic (Online) Version of the product. This means that users must set up an account through Clarivate's online portal or with the desktop version. It is generally recommended you establish a desktop account as this will allow you to sync EndNote on other devices. TTUHSC users have access to the desktop version through an institutional license.

  1. Create a free EndNote Basic account (off-campus users will also be prompted for their eRaider.) of EndNote Desktop.
  2. Direct your browser to the library's page for EndNote and Refworks.
  3. Use the EndNote tab to navigate to the Install/Upgrade EndNote Desktop page.
  4. Use your TTUHSC eRaider to obtain the TTUHSC product key. NOTE - during EndNote installation, you may need to manually type the product key (including the dashes) rather than copy-paste.
  5. Download EndNote for either Windows or Mac
  6. Use the following instructions to set up a library and incorporate syncing capabilities

About the App

The iOS version of EndNote allows users mobile access to the reference management software. Users can store and retrieve bibliographic records as well as share citations across groups and platforms.
