3D Printing - It's What You Make of It

Sources of Inspiration

NIH 3D Print Exchange

The NIH 3D Print Exchange hosts web-based tools that automatically generate 3D model files from 3D molecular and medical imaging data. Each workflow creates a set of downloadable model files that are scientifically relevant and optimized for 3D printing.

Thingiverse is a website dedicated to the sharing of user-created digital design files. Providing primarily free, open-source hardware designs licensed under the GNU General Public License or Creative Commons licenses, the site allows contributors to select a user license type for the designs that they share.

If you can dream it, you can build it. From product models to printable parts, 3D design is the first step in making big ideas real.
